Patrik Schumacher is the principal of Zaha Hadid Architects. He joined Zaha Hadid in 1988 and was seminal in developing Zaha Hadid Architects to become a 500 strong global architecture

and design brand. Patrik Schumacher studied philosophy, mathematics and architecture in Bonn, Stuttgart and London. He received his Diploma in architecture in 1990. He has been a

ZHA partner since 2003 and a co-author on all projects. In 2010 Patrik Schumacher won the Royal Institute of British Architects Stirling Prize for excellence in architecture together with Zaha Hadid. He is an academician of the Berlin Academy of Arts. In 1996 he founded the Design Research Laboratory at the Architectural Association in London where he continues to teach. In 1999 he completed his PHD at the Institute for Cultural Science, Klagenfurt University. Patrik Schumacher is lecturing worldwide and over the last 20 years, he has contributed over 100 articles to architectural journals and

anthologies. In 2008 he coined the phrase Parametricism and has since published a series of manifestos promoting Parametricism as the new epochal style for the 21 st century. In

2010/2012 he published his two-volume theoretical opus magnum “The Autopoiesis of Architecture”. Patrik Schumacher is widely recognized as one of the most prominent thought

leaders within the fields of architecture, urbanism and design. His research interest focuses on designing and simulating real and virtual environments (and their fusion) with the goal to

increase their power to engender and facilitate productive communicative interactions.

Growing up multilingual with Norwegian, German and Danish, Jette Cathrin Hopp is the director for acquisition and new projects and part of the executive management of Snøhetta.

Jette has extensive experience in complex both Norwegian and international projects, leading major international project developments and competitions. She regularly lectures at architectural symposia, conferences and international institutions, sharing Snøhetta´s philosophy and design ideas and she is also a jury member for several architecture competitions and prizes. Jette is also regularly invited as a critic to international architecture universities. Jette is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Schelling Architecture Foundation and is holding a teaching position at the University of Technology and Design, Wismar, Germany.


Examples of her experience are her leading role a the museum in the King Abdul Aziz Center for Knowledge and Culture, Dharhan in Saudi Arabia and as project leader for the Opera tower in Düsseldorf. She has led major international developments with focus on sustainability as Astana Expo 2017 " Future Energy ", Kazakhstan and Lingkong Soho Shanghai, China, in Norway innovative environmental projects in Norway as Powerhouse One in Trondheim and Powerhouse Kjørbo concept phase in Sandvika which is the world first rehabilitated energy-positive building.

Yehia Madkour-

Yehia is the director of Innovation at Perkins&Will. His work spans architecture and urban design, with interests at the intersection of design, technology, research. He serves on Perkins&Will’s Research and Technology boards where he provides strategic direction to seven research labs across the firm. He co-directs the Researcher-in-Residence program and champions the firmwide Innovation Incubator in Vancouver. Yehia is the author of ‘Parametric Design Beyond Complex Geometries’ and is a frequent academic lecturer and public speaker. Yehia presents on the topics of design computation, digital fabrication, XR, mobility, transportation, IoT and smart cities. Prior to his role in research, Yehia led the design of key transportation projects for Perkins&Will in Canada, the US and the Middle East. Most recently, Yehia was named to the BD+C 40 Under 40 Class of 2021.

Starting her career at high end fashion brand Jimmy Choo, Martha’s professional background is grounded in the creative profession. At Gensler Design Agency, she managed multiple teams across all design disciplines. Martha is currently Head of Operations for the Stirling-Prize winning architecture studio AL_A. In every project, AL_A try to advance the debate, be it through design, urban thinking, social purpose or material innovation.

Martha’s expertise lies in understanding the requirements of a business in order to balance creative vision with business objectives. Through effective planning of multiple workstreams, efficient running of lean and effective teams and successful streamlining and implementation of new structures and processes, she manages rapidly shifting business demands in line with creative goals.

Architect David Basulto graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2006. He is the Founder & Editor in Chief of ArchDaily, “the world’s most visited architecture website;” published globally in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. ArchDaily’s mission is “to improve the quality of life of the 3 billion people who live in cities in the next 40 years, by providing inspiration, knowledge, and tools to the architects who fill face this challenge.” He has served on juries for several awards, and design competitions in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. He is a member of the Mies Crown Hall America Prize International Advisory Council, housed in Chicago. He is recognized as an Endeavor Entrepreneur from the Endeavor Foundation in New York and received the National Award of Innovation from the Chilean Government in 2012. Basulto served as curator of the Nordic Countries Pavilion at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale.

Krista Kim-

The Economy of Metaverse Property Ownership and Rentals

Krista Kim is a contemporary artist and founder of the Techism movement (2014), whose work explores the concept of digital consciousness. Her interest in digital technology and its revolutionary effects on human perception, media, social structures, and communication have led her to work in both digital and physical realms. Having developed her signature language of shifting gradients using digital software since 2012, her works on glass and plexi hypnotize its viewers into a trance of tranquillity while her video works provide meditative experiences of colour and light.


In 2014, as a response to society's over-reliance on technology, she started the Techism Movement, a philosophy that recognizes technological innovation as an artistic discipline that encourages artists to promote digital humanism for our digital culture.


In 2020, Kim continued to explore the creative potential to utilize screens as digital instruments of well-being by creating 'Mars House': a completely virtual environment using her digital zen philosophy as the first "Metaverse home" for sale as an NFT in history in March 2021. The piece received global acclaim and in March 2021 was the highest-grossing sale on an NFT on SuperRare.


Krista Kim is a contributing Metaverse Editor for Singapore Vogue, was chosen by Louis Vuitton as a #Louis200 visionary in celebration of Louis' 200th birthday, picked for the Top 30 Most Influential People of the Metaverse by Read and Write Magazine, included in Architectural Digest’s AD100 2021, and part of the NFTy50 2021 by Fortune Magazine.


She has had her work displayed in institutions such as the Hermitage State Museum and her large-scale installation work has toured the world with stops in Toronto, Paris (at the Palais de Tokyo), Miami, and Arayana, China.

Amanda Ferber-

Considered by Feedspot as the #1 among the top 125 architectural influencers in the world, the Brazilian architect Amanda Ferber is the founder of Architecture Hunter. In 2018, the architect appeared on the cover of the Italian magazine Beesness as "the architects' influencer", representing young women in the business world. In 2019, at the age of 24, Amanda entered the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list.


During her academic life, Amanda worked at studioMK27, led by the renowned Marcio Kogan, as well as on the important architecture platform ArchDaily. Besides being a jury member of different international architecture awards, such as Architizer's A+Awards and Loop Design Awards, she is the ambassador of Morpholio and Arkos Brasil.

An editor and designer based in the US, China, and Argentina. Born in 1966, in Buenos Aires, he moved to the United States in 1990. Since then he has published over three hundred books, assembling a remarkable body of work notable for its thoroughness of content, timeless character, and sophisticated and innovative craftsmanship.


Oscar Riera Ojeda’s books have been published by many prestigious publishing houses across the world, including Birkhäuser, Byggförlaget, The Monacelli Press, Gustavo Gili, Thames & Hudson, Rizzoli, Damiani, Page One, ORO editions, Whitney Library of Design, and Taschen.


Oscar Riera Ojeda is also the creator of numerous architectural book series, including Ten Houses, Contemporary World-Architects, The New American House and The New American Apartment, Architecture in Detail, and Single Building.


His work has received many international awards, in-depth reviews, and citations. He is a regular contributor and consultant for several publications in the field.


In 2001 Oscar Riera Ojeda founded ORO Editions company for which he was responsible for the completion of nearly one hundred titles. In 2008 he established his current publishing venture, Oscar Riera Ojeda Publishers firm with fifteen employees and locations across three continents.
